Delivery
We can deliver to any address Australia-wide. WE CAN ALSO SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR PARCEL LOCKERS WITH AUSTRALIA POST ePARCEL.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100* ex GST within greater metro Melbourne.
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery cost for you based on your location and the order's weight/dimensions.
Delivery costs and ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival) are calculated on the Shopping Cart page during checkout.
Dispatch normally occurs within 48 hours and deliveries arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
Pick Up
You can place your order online and collect it from our Melbourne warehouse located at 110 Proximity Drive Sunshine West VIC 3020 . You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.
Collection is available Monday-Friday 9am-4pm (AEST).
When collecting your order from our office, please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.
Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for refund. We'll process change or return immediately if it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We'll also pay the shipping costs under these conditions.
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on returned items, unless incorrect or defective. Replacements are also exempt from restocking fee. After 30 days of delivery, replacements or returns will not be accepted.
Price items can be refunded or issued a credit note.
In the case of refund you should expect to receive it within fifteen days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund/credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
Payment Options
Pay using your preferred credit card, debit card or PayPal. You can also pay by bank deposit. All our prices already include GST.
PLEASE NOTE: By choosing bank deposit, product(s) will be dispatched immediately after funds are cleared. In order to accelerate your payment process, please send your payment receipt to accounts@kaplandistributors.com.au, referring your ORDER NUMBER.

Kaplan Distributors respects the Guidelines suggested by the Australian Direct Marketing Association. In line with those guidelines Kaplan Distributors would like you to be aware of the information we collect to provide your service. We do not provide third parties with access to your personal data with the exception of third-party business partners and service providers as required to deliver our service to you, our customer.
What information does Kaplan Distributors collect?

- postal addresses, delivery addresses and site-specific delivery information
- information on what products you have ordered from Kaplan Distributors

What does Kaplan Distributors do with your information?
- We do not make your personal information available to third parties, with the exception of third-party business partners that enable Kaplan Distributors to deliver products purchased such payment gateway providers and 3rd party logistics providers
- We do not provide aggregate data to third parties
- We will contact relevant people to communicate billing and product issues
- Email communications are retained for reference purposes
- As a customer of Kaplan Distributors you will receive occasional email communications relating to the products we provide, and you will have the option to opt-out of all non-essential email and postal mail

Security
Kaplan Distributors will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect is stored in a secure environment. When purchasing by credit card your financial details are passed through a secure server using SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology to our payment provider for processing.
